Positive: The house was beautiful and easily accommodated three couples and two children. The living spaces were big, warm and inviting. The beds comfortable. A lovely home with an easy drive into Leura. Negative: Nothing

Great space but poor and inconsistent communication at a premium cost. Positive: Great amount of space. Property was a great size for our family. Clean and had all we needed. Negative: Communication before and during our stay was inconsistent and frustrating. We spent weeks trying to have our booking updated to include a fifth room, and the booking process itself was confusing. There were long periods without any response, which made organising our trip unnecessarily stressful. The downstairs heating didn’t work, making that part of the house very uncomfortable at 3 degrees outside. Unfortunately, the responses from staff were inconsistent and not particularly helpful in resolving the issue. Check-in information mentioned the possibility of a late checkout, but when we enquired, we were told there would be an additional charge. This was disappointing given the information provided and our overall experience. Overall, the property and space was great, but poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, and inconsistent customer service detracted from our stay especially at a premium cost.

Comfortable, homely and huge! Positive: The location was excellent and the house had everything we needed. It had a lovely outlook and ample room. Would definitely book again.

Awesome place for family and friends holidays Positive: Property was awesome.. Such big and comfy house. Facilities were amazing and we had lot of fun as big family in this house. Negative: Pillows in master bedroom were not comfortable at all, either they were totally flat or were very high and firm ones. Also master en suite had broken cabinets which just puts the experience level little down.
