Negative: The single beds were uncomfortable. They only gave us 1 key. And denied my request for a 2nd key. If your hiring out a 2 bedroom apartment for up to 4 people....you have to provide more than 1 set of keys.

Positive: Bed were comfy and clean,the amenities functional kitchen supplies ,liked the decent shower gel,& shampoo and conditioner. Negative: The cleanliness wasn't up to scratch floor dirty to walk on, didn't know it was next to a fire station noisey trying to sleep, ensuite bathroom fan done nothing not one in second bathroom.smelt musty walking in.cracked drink glass in the sink on arrival

We actually loved the place! Positive: So easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go Negative: Unfortunately there was a terrible smell coming from the laundry cupboard when opened. At times it could be smelled in the minor bathroom too. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The water was coming out inside the machine somehow so we turned off straight away.

Great location and clean apartment Positive: Location was great. The apartment was clean and had nice views. Negative: The bureaucracy was annoying to get to the apartment.There were too many texts from the owner.

I stayed for 30 minutes into a three day stay and when I realised I could not use my car left Negative: Keys placed in a lock box at the back of a post box below waist height. Needed to bend down on my knees on the pavement with a light on my phone to see the numbers correctly. The statements from the organisers of the rental were detailed. However, the suggestions for parking were inadequate and ultimately unworkable. Secure parking opposite close at 7pm which means using a car or rental vehicle for evening engagements is impossible. The suggested apps of Oscar and Parking Hound were not a solution.
