Average Positive: Location is great, accessible to train stations and main streets. Coffee shop next door is great Negative: Place wasn't entirely clean, once we arrived we had to clean ourselves, dried dirty food stuck on cutlery and plates, cushions have stains, dust and hairs on the couch, bathroom light constantly flickering and shower not working properly, floors dirty, communication was terrible. I would ask questions and never got proper responses just generic replies. They were quick to take your money, chasing ID verification and 2 x 500 deposits without telling us or communicating why.

Good for what we needed. Close to transport and sights. Positive: Location was great.. facilities clean. Negative: The noise. Above a fire station and a busy part of town. Something like glazed windows may have muffled some street moise

Facilities were average, there was very little offered in the way of beverage supplies - 2 coffee pods! Place wasn’t ve Positive: It was in the CBD fairly close to everything.. Negative: I had a really difficult (for older ladies who have difficulty kneeling) way of getting the keys in a dark mail box with a lock box inside, and when we left nothing would work at trying to get the lock box closed - we had to resort to someone taking the keys back to the room and leaving them there. The maintenance needs looking at and the bags of dirty laundry in the second bedroom cupboard were gross….
