House was perfect for what we needed. Was a fantastic spot to return after a day out in the cold

Comfortable stay and good base. Positive: The property was very comfortable and well designed. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets. Water was hot for baths and location was good. Negative: All the cooking pans and pots were badly scratched telfon, which is a health hazard. Would have preferred a stainless steel pot - but this is an easy fix. It was quite cold for us in the living room although we turned on the heater to the hottest possible 30 degrees during winter. It was showing 20 - 22 degrees indoor temperature the first 2 nights.

Warm house, centrally located in blue mountains. Positive: Ducted heating kept the house warm in cold wet weather Negative: The booking process. Also, while fire wood was provided as advertised, they were large logs that required splitting to get them to burn, even with purchasing kindling and smaller logs.

Comfortable and easy location for our trip away Positive: We were a group of 7, staying for 3 nights. The property was presented well, spacious enough for our stay. The facilities were perfect and the location was on point.

We had a lovely stay really enjoyed the place unfortunately the staff from a customer service perspective were not great Positive: The size of the property and layout was great. Plenty of space for a large family or families coming together. The large living and dining space was great. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the Main Street and the three sisters, plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops around. Negative: We loved the property and our stay in the blue mountains unfortunately my experiences with the staff from a customer service perspective were very poor both prior and post the stay which put a slight damper on things however the property was great for a family getaway.
