We had a lovely stay really enjoyed the place unfortunately the staff from a customer service perspective were not great Positive: The size of the property and layout was great. Plenty of space for a large family or families coming together. The large living and dining space was great. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the Main Street and the three sisters, plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops around. Negative: We loved the property and our stay in the blue mountains unfortunately my experiences with the staff from a customer service perspective were very poor both prior and post the stay which put a slight damper on things however the property was great for a family getaway.

Lovely light filled character home in a perfect location to explore Katoomba and the Blue Mountains. Positive: Fresh, clean and comfortable for a group of 6, beautiful outlet, comfy beds.

Positive: Fantastic location, lots of rooms and space. Negative: We found it odd that there were no flyscreens on any windows and because it was raining we couldn’t open any thing. It felt musty and we couldn’t stop sneezing!

A nice place. Positive: I found the digital lockbox hard to navigate. While there were instructions & a video I was very tired when I got to the property & it seemed pretty hard to sort out.

Positive: Tout était parfait. Le charme d'une maison avec une âme.( Bien équipée) Localisation parfaite pour les départs de balades. Calme assuré. Belle terrasse ! jardin agréable ! Juste super ! Negative: RAS.
